Everything went smoothly and she did a great job checking in to make sure it was going great. If there was ever an unforeseen issue she took care of it right away and was very responsive. Niki helped us plan our amazing honeymoon to Italy and Greece. She was the absolute best, always willing to go above and beyond to help us find exactly what we wanted out of our trip! She found us the coolest excursions such as a sailing sunset tour with dinner & drinks, several wine tours, and skip the line entrances to some of the hot spots in Rome (Colosseum, Vatican etc). She was always very flexible with us and transparent about the pricing too so we were never surprised by anything. She checked in on us on a couple occasions throughout the trip to ensure the drivers were picking us up, the tours were going smoothly etc. Anytime a tour required a confirmation the day before, she would take care of that for us so we didn’t have to remember anything - just sporadically look at the very organized itinerary she made us!
